The integration layer for transformation
Turn your teachings into guided experiences your clients can put into practice beyond your sessions.
Miyagi gives Coaches and facilitators a simple way to organize their exercises into Transformations, support participant follow-through, and see how the work is landing in real life.
The problem
The retreat high wears off within two weeks.
Clients forget frameworks between weekly sessions.
Insight without practice becomes another shelved idea.
The solution
Miyagi sits between your sessions and your clients' daily lives. You design the Transformation; your clients practice; you see what's landing — without adding tools, community, or noise.
How it works
Bring the exercises, prompts, teachings, and guidance you already use with participants into Miyagi.
Organize Practices into ordered Stages, choose which are required, and publish your experience.
Assign your published Transformation so each person has a private workspace where they can engage with Practices and progress at their own pace.
Review required-Practice completion, reflections, Transformation Progress, and Practice Impact to understand engagement and identify where support may be helpful.
Design philosophy
Every Coach brings their own methodology. Miyagi is shaped by six embodied-learning principles you can draw on as you design your Stages and Practices.
Meet the teaching directly.
Practice it in the body.
Give it language and voice.
Share it with another.
Weave it into everyday life.
Refine through reflection.
Why Miyagi
Traditional courses often organize what people consume. Miyagi helps Coaches organize what participants do with what they learn.
Teachings can include reading, watching, or listening, but the overarching experience emphasizes guided application, reflection, and progress — in one place, instead of scattered PDFs, follow-up emails, and generic task lists.
Who it's for
Designed for Coaches and facilitators who already have meaningful teachings, exercises, or experiences they want participants to carry into everyday life.
1:1 and group practitioners who want clients to actually apply the work.
Workshop and container leaders who need integration after the room clears.
Guides who want the retreat state to survive the return home.
Teachers translating deep frameworks into daily life.

A web app for Coaches and facilitators. You turn your teachings into guided Practices, organize them into ordered Stages to form a Transformation, and assign it to participants, who move through it in a private workspace between sessions.
Courses typically organize what people consume. Miyagi organizes what participants do with what they learn. Teachings can include watching, reading, or listening, but the experience centers on guided application, reflection, and progress.
No. If you have exercises, prompts, or practices you already use with participants — even informal ones — that's enough. You create Practices from them directly.
A private workspace with their assigned Transformation. They engage with Practices at their own pace, and each Stage opens as they complete the required Practices before it. They can write reflections, check in on how the Transformation feels, and rate how supportive each Practice was.
Required-Practice completion, written reflections, participants' self-reported Transformation Progress, and their per-Practice Impact ratings — so you can understand engagement and see where support may be helpful, without asking anyone for an update.
Yes. Each person receives their own individual assignment and private workspace, so you can assign the same Transformation to one participant or to each member of a group or cohort.
No. Miyagi's current Beta does not use AI to generate content, guide participants, or evaluate their responses. Coaches create and control their Transformations and Practices. We may explore optional AI-assisted tools in the future, while keeping Coaches in control of their work.
Approved Beta Partners receive 90 days of free access in exchange for a focused 7-day validation sprint: onboarding in about 10 minutes, a brief Day 3 check-in, and a Day 7 survey with an optional short interview. Applications are reviewed personally by the founding team.
